Located in Playa Paraiso between Playa del Carmen and the lesser known Puerto Morelos, which is only 20-25 minutes away from Cancun International Airport.
Playa Paraiso is a private, gated and 24-hour secure community located on one of the best beaches in the world. It was masterfully designed and built by renowned local architect Jesús Romero and offers some of the best views of the Caribbean. Oscar-winning actor Sir Ben Kingsley was the first guest in this brand new villa.
The villa is a fully furnished and equipped 5 bedroom, 4. 5 bath, luxury vacation home which boasts mahogany doors and cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic tiles throughout, a chef’s gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and an infinity ocean-side pool, all located in the heart of the Riviera Maya. It will make you never want to leave… The Villa is located along the coast of the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on the beautiful beach of “Playa Paraiso” in a gated community between the Mayan Palace and Iberostar resorts.
The Villa is just 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, a quick 5 minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a 10-15 minute drive to Playa del Carmen.
