From the moment you step through the beautifully crafted, floor-to-ceiling wooden door, you ll be enchanted by the meticulous attention to detail. The villa s modern and stylish decor combines local wood and fabrics, creating a tropical vibe, while the extensive use of glass provides breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean. The first thing you ll notice is a stunning cement spiral staircase that contrasts yet harmonizes beautifully with a tropical-style rope chandelier.
Villa Tulkal’s V-shaped architecture ensures every inch of its massive 14,452 sq. ft. space is well-utilized.
The upper floor is almost entirely dedicated to suites, while the ground floor hosts common areas. In the right wing, you ll find an entertainment room equipped with a TV, pool table, and foosball table. Step outside to discover an open-air dining and lounge area, perfect for al fresco dinners.
